HOW ARE THE SOAPS MADE?
Each and every one of our soaps are handmade with all-natural ingredients.
We make cold process soaps by mixing natural vegetable oils and lye together. We add essential oils for natural fragrance. Soaps are cured for 4 to 6 weeks before they are ready to use.
Soaps are made with environmentally friendly recipes, the benefits of using earth-friendly materials show up again in the soapy suds of bathtime.
IS OLIVESOAP A NON-PROFIT BUSINESS?
Yes, the profits made from our soap will be entirely donated to the East Bay SPCA in order to fund their events/help upkeep the shelter and other humanitarian organizations. If you would like more information regarding the work that the SPCA does, please visit their website.
ARE THERE ANY CHEMICALS USED IN SOAPS?
While each type of our soap calls for a different recipe, none of them contain chemicals of any sort. At Olivesoap, we take pride in creating natural and toxic-free soap that is beneficial for both you and the environment.
IS THERE A IN-PERSON DELIVERY OPTION?
Yes, for clients local to the east bay area, an in-person delivery option is available. This will be decided on your location and is not currently available as a shipping option while placing your order.
